Why pay you instead of self-hosting on Cloudflare?
Because writing a Worker is the easy part. Privacy-safe analytics, custom-domain SSL, A/B routing, bulk import, link-level passwords, and a public API take a weekend each. We do the boring plumbing so you can ship campaigns, not a side project.
Are clicks really unlimited?
Yes, on every tier including Free. Your short links redirect as many times as people click them — we never put a meter on the redirect path. What is quota-limited is the analytics layer: how many click events per month we record into your dashboard. The link itself keeps working forever.
What's an analytics event then?
Every successful redirect we record into your analytics dashboard. We deduplicate bots and prefetch hits server-side, so the number you see is real human traffic. 2,000 on Free, 25,000 on Creator, 250,000 on Pro, 2,000,000 on Business.
What happens when I hit my quota?
Links still redirect — always. The link-count cap is hard: you can't create new ones until you upgrade or delete some. The analytics-event cap is soft: clicks keep working past it, we just stop appending new rows to your analytics dashboard for the rest of the month. We will never break a live link because of billing.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, from the customer portal. Stripe prorates upgrades and downgrades. Cancellations keep paid features active until the end of the current billing period. 30-day refund window, no questions asked.
